With over 10 years of experience as a C-suite Executive Assistant and a lifelong love for planning unforgettable moments — I launched Events by Carrie to help bring other people’s visions to life. After years of being the go-to for everything from board meetings to bridal showers (and planning my own wedding start to finish!), I knew it was time to turn my passion into a business. Some would say I’m a little obsessed with creating meaningful events — or at least a really great, aesthetically pleasing tablescape.
I’ve mastered the art of organization, attention to detail, and managing high-pressure logistics — all of which translate perfectly into crafting smooth, stylish, and thoughtful events.
I take a boutique-style approach to planning, intentionally working with a select number of clients so I can give each event the time, heart, and creativity it deserves. I believe in getting to know my clients personally — so your event feels just like you, not like something pulled off a Pinterest board.
I live in Astoria, Queens with my husband and our adorable cat, Zadie. We’ve called this neighborhood home since 2020, and I love connecting with the local community and supporting small businesses whenever I can. When I’m not planning events, you can find me at a paint night, hiking upstate in the Adirondacks, or spending time with friends — soaking in the best of both the city and the mountains.
